Prices
The prices indicated below each product are total (VAT included) and shipping costs included in the Peninsula. For shipping to other places, contact Quino Bike S. L. Prices are reflected in euros. The prices and conditions shown are valid at all times, and are valid only in the open session. In the order confirmation information, before the buyer accepts the operation, the prices of each of the chosen items are clearly specified.
Payment
Quino Bike, S.L. reserves the right to change the payment methods, being able to create new ones or eliminate any of the existing ones, without the user/client of www.quinobike.com being able to make claims for this reason. However, if the change in the payment method affects an order already placed, from www.quinobike.com we will contact the customer to inform him of said change, offering him the option of canceling the order if he deems it convenient.
Warranty of purchased products
Quino Bike S.L. offers its guarantees in case of factory defect of the product. Any defect or damage caused by incorrect use or handling of the material or wear caused by abnormal use of the same are not included in these guarantees.
In the event of a defective product, Quino Bike S.L. will proceed to, as appropriate, the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, procedures that will be free for the consumer and user. Shipping policy
Product delivery
Quino Bike, S.L. undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition to the delivery address that you indicate on the order form.
You can request the delivery of the items, at another address and to another natural person other than the one who signs the order, as long as the delivery address is located within our scope of shipments.
Orders will not be delivered to post office boxes, Ceuta Melilla or the Canary Islands. Likewise, Quino Bike, S.L. reserves the right to reject the shipment to a certain area, in which it is considered that there is a high probability that the shipment will not be delivered in the best conditions.

Quino Bike, S.L. will make all the data about your shipment available to the customer, that is, the tracking number and the agency through which the shipment will arrive so that you can contact them and know at all times the place where find your shipment.
The delivery of the merchandise will be made at the address designated by you. In case of absence of the recipient, at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery, although we cannot guarantee this last point. Delivery times
Quino Bike, S.L. works with delivery in 2-3 working days, that is, from Monday to Friday, not holidays. Please note that orders leave our warehouses between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. each working day, Monday to Friday, and will generally be available for delivery the next working day (no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays).
If any of the products you require are not currently in our warehouse, shipping may be delayed until we can contact you, but you will always be informed at the time you make the purchase.
These deadlines are means, and therefore an estimate. Therefore, they may vary for logistical reasons or force majeure.
If for any reason we cannot meet the estimated delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or canceling the order with a full refund of the price paid.
Impossibility of delivery
There may be exceptional circumstances such as the lack of punctual stock of an item, which prevent us from delivering said product at the moment in which the shipment of the order has already been confirmed. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order.
